We are constantly investing in technologhy and looking for ways to improve our services for our clients. Our new software allows us to carry out property assessments and quotes directly from the job using our mobile hand helds computers.
We developed this new system to reduce the claims life for our Insurance clients, when our Surveyors arrive at a damaged property we can capture all the imformation required i.e digital photos, damage report and itemised quote. This is then emailed directly back to our clients form our mobile hand held computers, speeding up the whole process and dramatically reducing the life of the claim.
Once the works are complete our Surveyors then return to the property to check that all the works have been completed to our high standards, then we have the Insured sign the works off directly onto our hand held computers which is then emailed back to our clients.
We are now expanding our mobile solutions to include property inspections and reports for our maintenance division, Gas and Electrical saftey certificates, direct invoicing and job sheets.
